What is Flow Dance ? Ecstatic dance An Embodied Journey Through Movement Are you familiar with ecstatic dance? Some participants now refer to it as "embodied dance," as it shares the same foundational principle: giving yourself permission to connect deeply with your body. Our event begins with a structured approach but evolves into a free-flowing experience. We’ll start by gathering in a circle for a cacao ceremony, allowing the rich flavours and aromas to awaken our senses and prepare us for the movement ahead. Following the ceremony, we’ll explore the benefits of embodied movement. This event culminates in a deeply relaxing yoga nidra session, enhanced by live music, guiding you into a state of balance and well-being. A little bit about myself
I am on a yoga journey just like you. I like to share what I just learned when I feel it is valuable for others as well. I like different experiences, I like to challenge myself and know I learn when I go out of my comfort zone. Doing that I need to go back to breathing techniques and my yoga. I will teach them as well as you also can do the things you like to do. Of course it don't have to be the same challenges I put for myself. For you it can be totally different. It is more that you know how you can achieve the things you like to do. My teachings and my practice focused my mind and I am getting so much more done. In all my activities (yoga or dance) I love to finish with a yoga nidra followed by a meditation. Hope to see you at Merkaba studio or at the beach, both are spiritual playgrounds . |
